As always, it's great to have instructor Dana Kraft back on the site for another class! Dana is an energetic instructor and always delivers a fun and challenging class! This week Dana will guide you through a short 20 minute Flow On The Go! Naturally, the class is a Vinyasa Flow with steady flow and movement. This class could be suited for the intermediate student and also for beginners who are looking to move and flow with a little challenge. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Virabhadrasana II(Warrior II), Garudasana (Eagle Pose), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), Plank Pose, Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana (Standing Split), Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold), Savasana and more.
