In this class, Ariana provides a short mixed level flow with poses she feels that can help de-stress and renew your body and mind. The sequence is slow paced and offers a variety of postures for both the beginner and intermediate student. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Halasana (Plow Pose), Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide Legged Forward Fold), Low Lunge and more.
