Twisting poses offer many benefits, twisting is a great way to help detox the body and twisting is also beneficial for a healthy spine. In some cases, twisting can also help with lower back pain and digestion. This class is about 37 minutes in length and would be considered an intermediate or Level 1/2 class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Low Lunge, Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow Pose) and more.
