Of course, it's always a pleasure to have Anna Hanson back on the site for a new Vinyasa Flow class! This time Anna provided us with an awesome flow that is geared to help you start your day with energy and movement. This sequence is just over 30 minutes in length and offers plenty of flow movement to get your heart pumping! Anna is a power flow instructor so she likes to keep you moving, however, this class well suited for the beginner yogi. Hopefully this class will help you start your day with a bang!
