We're very happy to add Jen Haley as an instructor here on the site! Jen is a great instructor with a passion for yoga and a belief in focusing on basics and alignment. In her first class, Jen will guide you through a very nice 30 minute sequence focused on basics and fundamentals which will allow you to work on finding a balance between strength and flexability. If you're new to yoga or just love taking it slow, then this fundamental class will surely do the trick. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Plank, Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Seated Twists, Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II), Malasana (Garland Pose), Tree Pose (Vrksasana) and more!
