Get ready for Anna's latest class! Anna will lead you through a nice and easy beginner's vinyasa flow! This class is ideal if you're new to yoga and are looking to wet your feet with some of the basic movements and sequences! Anna is great with helping you understand proper alignment and position. This class will provide a good workout, even though it's a beginner's class. This class is 30 minutes in length and will provide a nice introduction to a simple flow. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Plank, Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Thread The Needle Twist, Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle Pose), Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Bend), Savasana and more!
