This class is ideal if you're new to yoga and are looking to wet your feet with some of the basic movements and sequences! Anna is great with helping you understand proper alignment and position. This class will provide a good workout, even though it's a beginner's class. This class is 30 minutes in length and will provide a nice introduction to a simple flow.
