Carleen gives us a core strength vinyasa routine which is ideal for a warm up or energizing flow to get your day started right in the morning. Of course, it's always a nice thing to start your day with energy and clarity. Hopefully, this 20 minute warm up will help you get your day off to a great start. This class would fall at a Level 1/2 category. Poses include downward dog(Adho Mukha Svanasana), foreward bend(Ardha Uttanasana), cat cow(Bitilasana), vinyasa, fallen triangle, runner's lunge, pigeon, cresent with fists of fire, squat(Malasana), upward facing dog(Urdhva Mukha Svanasana) and more. Enjoy.
