Join instructor Dana Kraft for a short 20 minute flow designed to help you work on building your endurance. If you're short on time and need a short class to build a little sweat and get the blood flowing, this class should do the trick! This class could also be described as yoga for athletes as well, the class level would fit best as a Level 1/2 with some poses offering a little challenge for the beginner. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Bhujangasana (Cobra), Navasana (Boat Pose), Virabhadrasana II(Warrior II), Marjariasana (Cat), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby), Utthita Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and more.
