If you're looking to work on your arm balances then this class with instructor Adji Sarmento should be fun! This is a short class focused on working into the arm balance, Koundiyanasana. Adji also works in a little Bakasana or Crow Pose as well. This class would not be considered a beginner class and it's best if you have some arm balance experience! Adji will guide you through some prep poses and then finish with Koundiyanasana. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Plank Pose, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Bakasana (Crow Pose), Utkatasana Twists Variations (Chair Pose), Koundiyanasana (Pose Dedicated To The Sage), Savasana and more.
