Well, all of us know how those pesky tight hamstrings can slow us down! Hamstrings can make many poses more than a little frustrating, especially for the guys! In this class, Drinie will lead you through a nice 33 minute sequence designed to help free up those hamstrings! There's a little controversy about the best way to stretch hamstrings, but Drinie will offer you a variety of options. The class would be considered all levels, but as always, practice with caution and don't force it.
