Naturally, alignment in poses is critical, even for the most basic yoga postures. In this 2 part class, Drinie will guide you through 10 of the most basic yoga poses with detailed instruction on how to get the pose correct! This class will be presented in two parts, each class containing 5 poses. Poses include Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose/High Lunge), Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), Virabhadrasana III(Warrior III), Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose).
