20m
If you're searching for a nice slow and easy way to start your day or maybe a flow to provide and nice break during the day, then perhaps Madelyn's latest class will hit the spot. This class will work great for beginners with it's slow flow aspects, but it will also get your blood flowing and body moving for a short 20 minutes. If you're short on time, 20 minute classes provide a good workout but also allow you to move forward with your day quickly. Madelyn will help you with some basic poses and alignment as you work through the flow and get warmed up for your day! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Bitilasana (Cow Pose), Marjariasana (Cat Pose), Wide-Legged Forward Bend (Prasarita Padottanasana), Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) and more. Enjoy.
