It's awesome to add instructor Madelyn Hanson to the site! Madelyn's first class should suit you just fine if you're looking for a nice gentle and slow paced flow! This 40 minute vinyasa flow sequence provides a great way to get the body moving. The class is also rich with poses which allow for a gentle stretch, plus hip and shoulder openers as well. Naturally, this class is perfect for beginners looking to flow, but also hoping to keep it slow. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Plank Pose, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Savasana and more! Enjoy.
