We're very happy to add Kim Bilyk as a new instructor on the site! Kim is very passionate about her practice and teaching. If you're looking for a good basic beginner flow, then Kim's first class may be just right for you. The class maintains a nice steady pace and also mixes in numerous poses to help you open and release tension and stress from the hips. Our hips are known to carry stress and emotion, so hip openers can provide much needed relief. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Plank Pose, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Garudasana (Eagle Pose), Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) and more! Enjoy.
