Twisting poses offer many benefits, twisting is a great way to help detox the body and twisting is also beneficial for a healthy spine. In some cases, twisting can also help with lower back pain and digestion. Twisting may also be beneficial with emotional digestion as well, twisting postures could help to wring the stress out of the body. This class is 45 minutes in length and will offer a very nice variety of twisting poses. Priscilla does offer a few poses to challenge, so the class would be best classified as being Level 1/2 or Intermediate. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana(Downward-Facing Dog), Parivrtta Trikonasana Pose (Revolved Triangle), Utkatasana Twists Variations (Chair Pose), Anjaneyasana (High Lunge), Plank & Forearm Plank Twists and more.
