It's great to welcome Drinie Aguilar to our site as an instructor! Drinie's first class will focus on helping you to open your shoulders and build core strength. Relaxing and opening the shoulders is a great way to release tension and stress from the upper body and neck. Drinie will also provide postures to help build core strength and get you started with a Forearm Balance. This class would be considered Level 2 or Intermediate. As always, practice safely! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Baddha Virabhadrasana (Humble Warrior), Virabhadrasana II(Warrior II), Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Vasisthasana (Side Plank Pose), Forearm Plank, Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance) and more.
