These dance-like moves will loosen the body and mind throughout this class. Don't worry, no dance skills are needed, just an open mind and willingness to move the hips! The class also offers plenty of classic yoga postures. No props are needed for this class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Camatkarasana (Wildthing Pose), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Pose), Fallen Triangle Pose, and more! As always practice safely. Enjoy!
