30m
Just about everyone on the planet is familar with Downward Dog, there's no doubt that it's one of the most popular of all yoga poses. Downward Dog is thought of as a resting posture, although many beginners may not find it to be very restful. Even as a resting pose, this posture is an active posture with many finer points. This intermediate class will hopefully help you refine your Downward Dog and get more from the pose. A yoga block will be helpful. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Splits), Ardha Pincha Mayurasana (Dolphin Pose) and more! As always practice safely. Enjoy!
