Ahh yes, a good stretch always feels nice! If you're a true beginner yoga student, you may not be blessed with great flexibility. In this class, Jenny will show you easy stretches and how to use a yoga strap to make them even more accessible. The stretches provided will help stretch the shoulders, back and hamstrings. Luckily, props can be a good way to practice safely and not force your self into poses. You will need a yoga strap for this class and a block would be helpful. Poses include Virasana (Hero Pose), Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold Pose), Savasana (Corpse Pose), Extended Hand To Big Toe, and more! As always practice safely. Enjoy!
