Twisting postures are widely known to have a variety of benefits. These poses can help with back pain, aid in digestion, help the body detox, reduce stress, tone the abs, and some twisting postures also provide a balance challenge. This class with Ariana is about 45 minutes in length and will offer a variety of twisting poses, both seated and standing. We would consider this class an All Levels or Level 1/2 with a few poses that may challenge the beginner. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Anjaneyasana (Crescent Poses), Utthita Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) and more.
