If you prefer your yoga workouts to provide a challenge and keep you flowing, then Ariadne's Fire & Heat Power Flow might just hit the spot. Power flows are a popular style of classes that students enjoy if they're looking to sweat and burn some calories. Power flow classes are known for their continuous flow and using postures that strengthen the core, some power flows also use a heated room. This sequence would be considered Intermediate and would likely provide a challenge for most beginner students. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II), Navasana (Boat Pose), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon), Bakasana (Crow Pose), and more.
