We're pleased and excited to add instructor Miyuki Fox to our site! Miyuki's first class is great well rounded and grounded flow which should do the trick for either beginners or intermediate students looking to slow the pace. The class is designed to also provide a nice break from your day and allow you to become grounded and relaxed. Miyuki works in several hip openers and hamstring stretches along the way. Hopefully this well rounded class can provide balance to your day and get you moving on the mat. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Bitilasana (Cow Pose), Marjariasana (Cat Pose), Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (Pigeon Pose), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Tree Pose (Vrksasana) and more.
