It's no secret that it really helps if you can start your day with a blast of good positive energy. Most of us would agree that our day goes much better if we can get off to a great start in the morning. This class with Ariana is a mixed level or all levels flow that Ariana feels will provide a nice blast of energy. The sequence is just over 30 minutes in length with a good variety of both beginner and intermediate postures. Keep in mind, with the intermediate poses, you can always take the alternate pose if needed. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Baddha Virabhadrasana (Humble Warrior), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose), Vasisthasana (Side Plank).
