We're thrilled to add Anna Hanson to our site as an instructor. Anna has a warm personality and we're sure that you'll love her teaching style! Anna's first class is a Beginner Easy Lower Body Flow, the class is a vinyasa free flow which focuses on strengthening the lower body and polishing off your alignment and technique. The class moves at a nice slow pace which is perfect for the beginner. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II Pose), Cresent Pose (High Lunge), Ardha Uttanasana (Standing Half Forward Bend), Bitilasana (Cow Pose), Marjaryasana (Cat Pose), Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose), Navasana (Boat Pose), Savasana and more!
