Let's face it, most of us have a hard time finding the free time to exercise! If you fall into that category, then take 25 minutes to knock out this short Mini Power Flow with Ariadne. This class will keep you moving and work on poses and flow that focus on building a sweat and strengthening the core! Power Flows are full of movement and designed to provide a real workout on the mat. This sequence would be best suited for the intermediate student, but it still offers many postures suitable for the beginner yogi. So if you're ready to build a sweat and burn some calories, dive in with Ariadne! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose), Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II Pose) and more.
