Carleen gives us a core strength vinyasa routine which is ideal for a warm up or energizing flow to get your day started right in the morning. Of course, it's always a nice thing to start your day with energy and clarity. Hopefully, this 20 minute warm up will help you get your day off to a great start. This class would fall at a Level 1/2 category. Poses include downward dog(Adho Mukha Svanasana), foreward bend(Ardha Uttanasana), cat cow(Bitilasana), vinyasa, fallen triangle, runner's lunge, pigeon, cresent with fists of fire, squat(Malasana), upward facing dog(Urdhva Mukha Svanasana) and more.
