As always it's great to have La Mer back on the site for one of her unique and fun classes. This time La Mer provides a very nice rooted flow designed for the beginner yogi, but at the same time it will provide a few fun challenges along the way! This class is full of movement and flow, plus La Mer also throws in a little core work to keep you on your toes! There's a nice balance of standing postures and grounded poses, plus some stretches and backbends! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II), Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend), Crescent Pose(Low Lunge), Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard Pose), Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose), Savasana and more!
