If you're looking for a nice flow full of movement that will get your blood flowing and build a sweat, then you should join Anna for this 40 minute Power Flow. This class could be described as an all levels class as it contains many poses suited for the beginner and some others that will offer a challenge. Power Flow is generally a generic term used to describe vigorous yoga classes which contain lots of movement. This sequence will build a sweat for sure and also offer an arm balance for a challenge. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Chair Pose(Utkatasana), Plank, Navasana(Boat Pose) Virabhadrasana II(Warrior II), Ardha Chandrasana(Half Moon), Prasarita Padottanasana(Wide Legged Forward Bend) and more.
