There's no doubt that it can be difficult to find the time to hit the mat. Luckily, not every yoga class is demanding of your time! This class is short and sweet but will offer a chance to build core strength and a little sweat. A strong core is vital to your practice and also plays an important factor in overall health. This class would be considered an Intermediate level class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Marjaryasana/Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Navasana (Boat Pose), Phalakasana (Plank Pose), Ardha Pincha Mayurasana (Dolphin Pose) and more.
