In this class, Priscilla will guide you through a meditation focused on forgiveness. Naturally, the ability to forgive can set us free and release tension from the mind and body. Priscilla will touch on the importance of not only forgiving others, but also forgiving ourselves. Remember, meditation can be a powerful asset to calm the mind and find stillness in our hectic daily routines, so perhaps it's time to take a short break from your power flows and workouts. There's no music in the meditation, but you can easily play some for yourself if you prefer it! Enjoy.
