Mary's first class is designed to help you release the tension from your shoulder and neck which builds up in our daily lives. The class is certainly suited for yogis of any level looking to open the shoulders and release some tightness and tension. Poses include Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose), Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Lord of the Fishes Pose), Sukhasana (Easy Pose), Thread The Needle, various other shoulder opening and neck releasing postures, including addtional Cow Face Pose variations.
