Backbending postures are an excellent way to help improve your spine flexibility, these poses also act as a great way to open and stretch the chest. Backbends can also add a little fun to your practice and change your perspective. This class is about 32 minutes in length and would be considered an All Levels class with both beginner and intermediate poses. No props are required. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), Marjaryasana & Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose), Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and more!
