Winter is just around the corner, so Katie pulled together this Yin stretch class that should help get you ready for the winter chills. This class moves at a slow Yin pace is certainly suitable for the beginner. Katie serves up a variety of stretches that keep you grounded and relaxed. Poses Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Salamba Bhujangasana (Sphinx Pose), Seal Pose, Balasana (Child's Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose), Upavistha Konasana (Seated Wide Legged Forward Fold) and more.
