Nikka's Slow Flow & Cool Down
Beginner Classes
•
33m
Of course, not every yoga class has to flow non stop and create a big sweat. Sometimes it's nice to flow but keep it on the slower side of things. In this class, Nikka will lead you through a slow but steady flow with grounded and seated postures, many of the poses will also help provide a nice stretch. This sequence would certainly fall into the beginner category, so don't worry if you're new to yoga! The class is about 32 minutes in length and doesn't require any props. Poses include Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Pose), Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Balasana (Child's Pose) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
