It's great to have Jen Haley back on the site for another beginner class! This time Jen will once again focus on helping you to develop strong fundamentals which will make it easier to have a strong foundation for your practice. Developing good basic fundamentals will be a valuable tool to move forward and work toward a more advanced practice if you desire. This class also demonstrates several ways to use props in order to attain certain poses and postures. Props aren't required for this class, but a block and strap would come in handy! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose), Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend), savasana and more! Enjoy.
