The Warrior family of poses are a powerful group requiring both lower and upper body strength. The Warrior Pose may look simple but it will offer plenty of challenge. Practicing Warrior I, II or III will build leg strength and teach you to square your hips! This class is considered beginner level but may offer a test! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I Pose), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Virabhadrasana III (Warrior III Pose), Baddha Virabhadrasana (Humble Warrior), Utthita Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
