This time Melissa will lead you through a 24 minute Wake Up Flow to help you start your day centered, grounded, and energized! The sequence certainly works for the beginner and offers a variety of postures to help get the blood flowing. The flow moves at a slow to medium pace which should any level beginner to keep up! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), (Upward-Facing Dog), Bitilasana (Cow Pose), Marjaryasana (Cat Pose), Uttana Shishosana (Extended Puppy Pose), Crescent (High Lunge), Crescent Twist, Virabhadrasana (Warrior II), Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard Pose), Savasana and more.
