We're thrilled to add Melissa Brooke to our site as one of our new YogaMerge instructors. Melissa's first class is a nice Beginner Fun Flow! It's a smooth slow moving vinyasa flow with a very good variety of poses all of which work well for the beginner yogi. This flow class is 40 minutes in length, so it's just enough to provide a good yoga workout. We're sure that you'll love Melissa's personality and love her teaching style! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog),(Upward-Facing Dog), Bitilasana (Cow Pose), Marjaryasana (Cat Pose ), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), Crescent Pose (High Lunge) Plank, Side Plank, Dolphin, Navasana, Bakasana (Crow Pose), Savasana and more.
