Hope you're ready to sweat! In this class, Drinie will lead you through a 46 minute sequence that's focused on working you hard, building a sweat, and helping to tone your booty or glutes! Yoga can be a great addition to your weight loss efforts and this class is designed to keep you moving with plenty of postures to help tone the glutes and lower body. This class is an intermediate level class, so be prepared to sweat. Some may call this class a Power Flow or Yoga Sculpt style.
