Well, we all know how difficult it can be sometimes to climb out of bed and take on the tasks of the day! There's no doubt that most of us find it benefical to begin our days with some physical activity. In this class, Nikka will guide you through a slow paced flow sequence that will hopefully awake your body and create positive energy for your day. Even though the sequence is slow paced in nature, Nikka does offer up few poses to challenge you along the way. There's plenty of poses for the beginner, but we would classify the class as Level 1/2 Intermediate. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Balasana (Child's Pose), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose), Navasana (Boat Pose), Vrksasana (Tree Pose), Malasana (Yogi Squat), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
