It's no secret that Restorative classes may not be for everyone, but many students grow to enjoy them over time. Restorative yoga can be especially helpful to those who wish to calm the mind and find stillness. In this class, Leeza offers a variety of common restorative postures, including spending some time at the wall. Like all restorative classes, this one is well suited for the beginner and props are present in the class. Yoga blocks, blankets, and a bolster will be helpful. Poses include Balasana (Child's Pose), Viparita Karani (Legs Up The Wall), Savasana (Corpse Pose), Sucirandhrasana (Eye Of The Needle Pose), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Supported Bridge Pose) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
