Yoga is beneficial in many ways but has always been considered a wonderful way to develop flexibility throughout the body! In this class, Daniela will focus on the lower body and hamstrings as she helps you to increase your flexibility. Keep in mind that this class will also work nicely in conjunction with Daniela's Hip Melting Flow. We would consider this a beginner level class with a few postures that may offer a challenge. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Half Splits, Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide Legged Forward Fold Pose), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), and more.
