Sooner or later we all usually experience the frustration of back pain and issues. Our backs are sensitive areas that can cause great discomfort. Needless to say, keeping a healthy and strong back is a big part of our overall health! This class will offer yoga postures to help create back strength to build a healthy back. We would consider this class to be slightly above beginner level. The class is about 34 minutes in length, a couple of blocks may be helpful. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Utthita Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose), and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
