In this class, Kim will take the time to give you detailed instruction on how to properly practice 5 of the most popular hip opening poses. Our hips can get stiff and hold plenty of tension, so take a look at what poses can help set you free! This is a pose instruction class and therefore will focus solely on 5 specific postures and alignment. The class is 30 minutes in length with a variety of instruction for each pose.
