This time Jen brings us a well rounded beginner's class which focuses on helping you work on those poses that may require a little extra attention. The class gives you the chance to focus on alignment and foundation for some balance poses and also mixes in a little flow. Jen demonstrates the proper use props such as blocks to help you attain balance and foundation for certain poses. The class doesn't require the use of props, but a block and strap may come in handy if you wish to use them. Jen will also help you with your Crow Pose and Head Stand. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle), Pigeon Variations, Bakasana (Crow), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge), Savasana and more!
