Karen is back with another class and this time she will guide you through a sequence filled with yoga blocks! Blocks provide much needed support and assistance for many students, especially beginners and students who may lack flexibility. If used properly, blocks can help prevent injury and make poses more accessible. Karen will use the blocks with a variety of postures and add a little fun to the practice. This class should be suitable for most beginners. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Marjaryasana & Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Sukhasana (Easy Pose), Low Lunge, and more. As always practice safely.
