Naturally, we all love how we feel after a good deep stretch. Fortunately, yoga offers many postures that can provide an amazing stretch we all seem to crave! As we always love to say, yoga is much more than just stretching, but stretching is certainly a big part of a yoga practice. In this class, Katie will help you stretch with a variety of poses while keeping you pretty grounded to your mat, so there's not a ton of flow. We would consider this an Intermediate class. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard Pose), Parighasana (Gate Pose), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge) and more. As always practice safely. Enjoy!
