It's safe to say that most of us don't take very much time to just be thankful for all the wonderful things in our life. Sometimes it can be very beneficial to just slow down a few moments and give thought to all the blessings that we take for granted. In this class, Priscilla will guide you through a simple seated meditation designed to focus on gratitude. It doesn't matter if you have no experience with meditating, the class is short and sweet. Meditation can be a powerful tool to calm the mind and find stillness in our hectic daily routines, so perhaps it's time to take a short break from your power flows and workouts. There's no music in the meditation, but you can easily play some for yourself if you prefer it! Enjoy.
