It's great to have Madelyn back for another class! This time Madelyn will guide you through a 30 minute yoga sculpt and core workout. Yoga sculpt is a popular combination of yoga poses with some standard cardio and workout sequences. Most yoga sculpt classes also incorporate some challenging core postures as well. If you're comfortable with all level or intermediate classes or you're a cardio fan and want to add some yoga to your routine, then this class may work well for you. Be prepared for a solid core workout and get ready to sweat! Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog), Chair Pose(Utkatasana), Horse and Chair Pose Squats, Yoga Pushups, Halasana (Plow Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) and more.
