It's always fun to have Nikka back for another class! This week Nikka offers up a 35 minute sequence that's sure to create a sweat! Developing core strength is essential to advancing your yoga practice. Core strength is needed to build a strong foundation. Once you really understand how to engage your core, it seems that everything on the mat becomes a little easier! This class is best suited for the intermediate student looking for a good sweat and a little challenge. A beginner would likely find this class to be a bit on the difficult side. Poses include Adho Mukha Svanasana(Downward-Facing Dog), Marjaryasana & Bitilasana (Cat/Cow Pose), Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard Pose), Low Lunge, Navasana (Boat Pose), Salabhasana (Locust Pose), Vasisthasana (Side Plank) and more.
